Sales Leadership Trainee

Our client is hiring motivated Sales Leadership Trainees to support face-to-face sales campaigns and promotional events throughout Miami.

You’ll start by learning the products, engaging customers, and working toward sales goals. As your skills develop, you’ll have opportunities to support campaign coordination and take on additional team responsibilities.

No previous management experience is required. This role begins with hands-on sales experience, supported by training and coaching.

Experience or study in sales, marketing, business, or communications is welcome, but not required. Retail, hospitality, customer service, and team-based experience can also be valuable.

This is a full-time, onsite role involving direct customer interaction at promotional locations throughout Miami. Reliable commuting is required. Immediate hiring is available.
