Location: East Mesa, AZ
Pay: $17.00–$18.50/hour
Schedule: Full-Time | Various Shifts Available
Job Overview
We are hiring Production Team Members to work in a manufacturing environment in East Mesa.
This is a hands-on production position working alongside automated/robotic manufacturing equipment. Team Members will primarily stand at a production line, load or place products onto the line, monitor the equipment and production process, and inspect finished products for quality.
Manufacturing experience is preferred, but training is provided.
What You'll Do
- Work at a production line alongside automated/robotic equipment
- Place and position products or components onto the production line
- Monitor the line to ensure production is running smoothly
- Inspect products for quality, defects, and proper assembly
- Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and production instructions
- Perform basic assembly or production tasks as assigned
- Identify and report production or quality issues
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow all safety procedures and requirements
- Work as part of a team to meet daily production goals
- Assist in different production areas as needed
What We're Looking For
- Previous manufacturing, production, assembly, or warehouse experience preferred
- At least 2 years of consecutive work history preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Basic math skills
- Comfortable working with small parts
- Able to follow written procedures and detailed instructions
- Strong attention to detail and quality
- Dependable with good attendance and punctuality
- Comfortable standing and working on a production line for extended periods
- Able to move or lift up to 25 lbs.
- Forklift or basic computer experience may be helpful for certain departments
Work Environment
This position is performed in an active manufacturing facility around automated machinery and production equipment. Depending on the assigned department, employees may work around industrial materials and chemicals and will be required to follow all established safety procedures and wear appropriate PPE.
Team Members may also move between different production areas throughout their shift.
