Warehouse Administrative Assistant – Seagraves, TX

We are currently seeking a dependable Warehouse Administrative Assistant to support daily warehouse operations in Seagraves, TX. This position is ideal for someone with basic office experience who is organized, reliable, and comfortable communicating with management.

Pay: $16.00/hr
Schedule: Monday–Saturday, 10:00 AM–7:00 PM

Responsibilities:

• Perform basic administrative and office duties
• Coordinate with managers on daily reports and operational updates
• Enter and maintain accurate information and records
• Assist with paperwork, filing, and general warehouse documentation
• Communicate with warehouse staff and management as needed
• Provide general administrative support for day-to-day warehouse operations

Requirements:

• Basic computer and office skills
• Good communication and organizational skills
• Attention to detail
• Ability to work Monday–Saturday
• Dependable and able to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment
