Construction Supervisor - Lead Tradesman

Elite Pro Flooring & Remodeling, Inc. is seeking an experienced Construction Supervisor / Lead Tradesman to help oversee and perform work on residential and commercial remodeling projects.

This is a hands-on position. We are looking for someone who can not only supervise crews and manage jobsite details, but also jump in and perform the work when needed. The ideal candidate is bilingual, dependable, organized, and has a strong working knowledge of multiple trades.

We need a true jack of all trades who understands how each part of a project comes together, including flooring installation, plumbing, electrical, cabinetry, drywall, painting, finish carpentry, punch work, and general remodeling.

Responsibilities

• Perform hands-on construction and remodeling work as needed
• Supervise daily jobsite operations and crew performance
• Coordinate labor, materials, deliveries, and project schedules
• Oversee and assist with work across multiple trades, including flooring, plumbing, electrical, cabinetry, drywall, painting, trim, and finish work
• Ensure work is completed according to project scope, quality standards, and timelines
• Read and understand scopes of work, measurements, and basic project plans
• Communicate clearly with clients, subcontractors, vendors, and office staff
• Identify jobsite issues and help resolve them before they cause delays
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
• Complete punch list items and assist with project closeout
• Report project updates, concerns, and change order needs to management

Requirements

• Prior construction, remodeling, flooring, or hands-on trades experience required
• Previous supervisory or lead position experience preferred
• Bilingual English/Spanish strongly preferred
• Strong understanding of multiple trades and how they work together on a jobsite
• Must be willing and able to physically perform work, not just supervise
• Flooring installation experience or knowledge preferred
• Ability to manage crews while also working alongside them
• Strong leadership, organization, and communication skills
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
• Ability to problem-solve in the field and manage multiple tasks
• Professional attitude, strong attention to detail, and pride in quality workmanship

Compensation dependent on experience.
