The Bizarre Agency is hiring motivated Junior Sales & Brand Representatives to engage customers and generate sales at promotional events and pop-up locations throughout the Miami area.

This is an active, face-to-face sales opportunity for someone who enjoys starting conversations, working toward goals, and improving through practice and feedback. No previous sales experience is required—we provide paid, hands-on training.

What You’ll Do

• Approach customers and introduce client products, services, and promotions
• Ask questions, understand customer needs, and explain relevant benefits
• Answer questions and help customers complete purchases or sign-ups
• Represent client brands professionally at events and pop-up locations
• Work toward individual and team sales goals
• Track results and use coaching to improve your approach
• Support event setup and collaborate with your team

Experience in retail, hospitality, customer service, fundraising, or sales is welcome, but not required.

Location & Availability

This is a full-time, onsite position based in Coral Gables, with promotional activities throughout the Miami area. Reliable commuting and availability to start as soon as possible are required.
