Job Description
Labor Solutions is currently seeking an AP Representative to join our team in the Des Moines area.
Pay: $18
Hours: 7:30am-4pm Mon-Fri
Key Responsibilities:
• Answer incoming phone calls and route them to the correct person or department.
• Perform accurate data entry for vendor invoices and general office records.
• Review, code, and process invoices for payment.
• Match invoices to purchase orders and resolve minor billing discrepancies.
• Help with general administrative tasks, including handling mail and filing.
Qualifications:
• 1–2 years of experience in an office, reception, or basic accounting role.
• Friendly phone demeanor and clear verbal communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accurate typing skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and general computer tasks.
• Dependable attendance and punctuality.
