This is NOT a traditional 9–5 job.

This is a 1099, commission-only sales position. There is no hourly pay and no guaranteed salary.

We are looking for people who want to work, sell, learn, and build something.

Our agents can be making 300–400+ outbound calls per day depending on their activity, lead flow, and schedule.

If you're looking for a remote job where you can do the minimum and collect a paycheck, this is not for you.

If you're competitive, coachable, disciplined, comfortable hearing "no," and willing to put in the work required to become successful in sales, keep reading.

What You'll Do

You'll speak with prospective clients, conduct phone and Zoom appointments, understand their needs, present appropriate insurance solutions, follow up with prospects, and consistently work your pipeline.

You will be expected to:

• Make high-volume outbound calls
• Follow up with leads and prospects
• Run phone and Zoom appointments
• Learn and follow our sales process
• Handle objections
• Present insurance products
• Track your activity and results
• Attend training and coaching
• Continuously improve your sales skills
