Beckman-Coulter equipment experience is a plus but not required.

You’ll play a key role in shaping workflows, supporting compliance, and guiding the lab’s growth as we expand test menus and capabilities.

What You’ll Do

  • Help continue building and optimizing our new in-house lab
  • Develop and refine SOPs and workflows
  • Perform specimen collection, processing, and moderate-complexity testing
  • Ensure full CLIA/OSHA/COLA compliance
  • Calibrate, maintain, and troubleshoot equipment
  • Manage supplies, inventory, and reagents
  • Support validation of new assays and analyzers as the lab grows
  • Maintain accurate labeling, documentation, and QC
  • Work closely with providers and clinical staff to deliver timely results

What You Need

  • High School Diploma + Documented Training
  • Must have documentation of laboratory training appropriate for the testing performed, covering specimen collection, labeling, handling, storage
  • Standard lab procedures and instrument use
  • Preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, calibration
  • Reagent stability and storage
  • Quality control procedures
  • Factors influencing test results
  • Verification of test validity before reporting results

Competency Assessment (CLIA Requirement)

All moderate complexity testing personnel must undergo annual competency assessments that include:

  • Direct observation of test performance and specimen handling
  • Monitoring result recording and reporting
  • Reviewing QC, PT, and maintenance records
  • Direct observation of instrument checks
  • Testing with blind or previously analyzed samples
  • Assessing problem-solving skills

Why You’ll Love Working With Us

  • Be part of something new and growing
  • Influence the lab’s development and expansion
  • Supportive team environment focused on high-quality patient care
  • Competitive pay and room for advancement as the lab grows
