Job Description
Company: Exterior Remodelers providing roofing, windows, doors, siding, gutters, fencing, and remodeling.
Position: Construction Sales Representative (Training Provided) -Conduct Inspections and meetings with homeowners with company supplied leads and Canvass neighborhoods that are either older or recently storm damaged to identify homes with storm-damaged or just old roofs, windows, gutters, and siding that may have problems and need to be replaced. Speak with homeowners, educate them about their issues, conduct FREE inspections, sell windows, roofing, siding and gutters, and complete paperwork.
Requirements:
• Driven and career-oriented
• Comfortable canvassing and inspecting windows, roofing, gutters, and siding
• Motivated, driven, and career-oriented
• Must have car/truck
Responsibilities:
• Conduct inspections
• Educate homeowners about their issues
• Sell windows, roofing, gutters, or siding and complete paperwork
Compensation:
• Earn $100K–$175K
