As an Appointment Setter, you'll connect with federal employees, introduce them to valuable retirement resources, and schedule virtual consultations with our experienced licensed retirement professionals. You'll have access to proven systems, hands-on coaching, and a supportive team invested in your success.

Compensation & Benefits

• $15/hour W-2 base pay plus weekly performance bonuses

What You'll Do

• Connect with people: Speak with federal employees and introduce them to retirement and benefit consultation opportunities.
• Schedule appointments: Set virtual consultations for experienced retirement professionals.
• Follow a proven process: Use established scripts, Salesforce CRM and structured workflows.
• Achieve your goals: Work toward weekly performance targets and earn bonuses based on your results.
• Grow with your team: Participate in coaching, ongoing training and a team culture centered on accountability and success.

What We're Looking For

• A confident, friendly communicator who enjoys talking with people.
• A self-motivated individual who thrives in a goal-oriented environment.
• A coachable team player with a strong work ethic and a desire to improve.
• Someone who takes ownership of their performance and follows through on commitments.
• Reliable transportation and the ability to commute daily to our Nacogdoches office.

Previous sales, customer service or call center experience is a plus, but not required. We're willing to train the right person.
