We are seeking an Bilingual Onsite Specialist to work with a leading company in North Aurora, IL. This role serves as the vital link between the workforce and client leadership, ensuring smooth daily operations, fostering a positive employee environment, and driving efficient staffing solutions in a fast-paced setting.

Shift:

• 6:00 a.m. – 3:30 p.m. Tuesday - Saturday
3:00 p.m - 11:00 pm Tuesday - Saturday

Pay Rate:

• 23.00 - 24.00 USD hourly

Essential Requirements for Onsite Specialist:

• Bilingual English/Spanish speaking and writing proficency

• Possess at least 2 years of experience in onsite staffing, HR support, or operations coordination.

• Serve as the onsite point of contact for urgent client needs and operational updates.

• Support fact-finding for attendance issues, behavioral concerns, and policy violations.

• Perform daily floor checks to monitor attendance, workflow, and employee needs.

Skills and Qualifications for Onsite Specialist:

• Proficiency in using timekeeping systems such as Deputy.

• Demonstrated ability to utilize HRIS or staffing software for candidate tracking and employee

management.

• Skilled in using Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets for data tracking and reporting.

• Exhibit exceptional communication skills to effectively liaise between employees and client

leadership.

• Demonstrate strong problem-solving capabilities to address employee concerns and resolve

workplace issues promptly.

• Maintain composure and professionalism while managing high-volume employee interactions in

a fast-paced environment.

• Exercise independent judgment and decision-making skills to manage daily operations effectively.

• Show adaptability and organizational prowess to manage changing client needs and priorities.

Role Responsibilities for Onsite Specialist:

• Manage the full employee lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding.

• Facilitate clear communication between the workforce and client management.

• Resolve workplace conflicts and address employee concerns in real-time.

• Monitor daily operations to ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards.
