Creative Services Production Assistant

Eclipse Creative is looking for a Production Floor Assistant. This is an entry level position to help in several areas. The ideal candidate is talented at assembly/construction, able to follow directions, able to maintain organization, and is dedicated to excellence, ensuring quality standards are met at every turn.

Essential Responsibilities/Outputs:

• Follow Standard Operating Procedures: Follow guidelines for operation of the warehouse / production floor and client interactions.
• Deliveries: Must have a clean driving record and be willing / able to help with deliveries.
• Inventory Check In: Check the accuracy of incoming orders. Accurately document incoming items. Stock inventory after inspections.
• Quality Assurance: Assist with quality control and help ensure accuracy of all orders.
• General Shop Needs: Must be willing to help in a variety of areas of the production floor.
  

Preferred Skills and Experience:

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical or vocational training is a plus.
• Strong technical and troubleshooting skills, particularly in working with construction / assembly and audiovisual / electronic equipment.
• Physical fitness and ability to lift heavy exhibit components, stand for extended periods of time, and work at heights if necessary.
• Exceptional communication (verbal, written) skills to support all aspects of the role.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Positive attitude and professional conduct.

Work Environment/Physical Demands:

• This position works from Eclipse Creative's Gahanna office.
• This position requires some heavy lifting and operation of machinery.
