Industrial Maintenance Technician

Location: St. Louis, MO
Pay: $33.18–$38.74/hr
Employment: Full-Time, Direct Hire
Schedule: 12-hour shifts, 7:00–7:00 — must be available for night shift
Overtime: Available; OT paid after 8 hours worked per day

We are hiring an experienced Industrial Maintenance Technician with strong industrial electrical and mechanical troubleshooting skills. Industrial Maintenance TechnicianThis position requires someone who can independently diagnose equipment failures and make repairs in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair industrial production equipment
• Diagnose 480V, three-phase electrical systems
• Troubleshoot motors, sensors, relays, controls, and electrical components
• Troubleshoot PLC-controlled equipment
• Diagnose electrical versus mechanical equipment failures
• Perform mechanical repairs and preventive maintenance
• Troubleshoot hydraulic and pneumatic systems
• Read electrical schematics and wiring diagrams
• Use multimeters and other diagnostic equipment
• Respond to breakdowns and identify root causes
• Follow lockout/tagout and plant safety procedures

Requirements

• 3–5+ years of industrial/manufacturing maintenance experience preferred
• Strong industrial electrical troubleshooting experience required
• Hands-on 480V and three-phase experience required
• Experience troubleshooting industrial motors and controls
• Experience working with PLC-controlled equipment
• Mechanical troubleshooting and repair skills
• Hydraulics and pneumatics knowledge
• Ability to diagnose and repair equipment independently with limited supervision
• Willing and able to work 12-hour/night shifts and required overtime

Automotive or high-volume manufacturing experience is a plus. Welding experience is helpful but not required.
