In-Home Caregiver / Personal Care Assistant (PCA)
Location: Pine City, MN (In-Home)
Hours: Part-Time (15-20 hours per week)

About the Role
We are looking for a kind, reliable, and warm-hearted In-Home Caregiver (PCA / CFSS Support Worker) to help a wonderful disabled child live safely and comfortably at home here in Pine City.
If you love making a real difference in someone’s day and enjoy one-on-one care, we would love to welcome you to our routine. You will be helping with daily routines, keeping the home running smoothly, and providing essential, specialized health support.
What You’ll Do
- Daily Living Support: Lend a hand with everyday tasks like getting dressed, showering, grooming, eating, and safely moving around the house.
- Specialized Health Tasks: Help manage specific health needs under the guidance of an LPN including feeding tube care (monitoring nutrition and keeping the area clean).
- Everyday Extra Help: Help out with light housekeeping (like laundry and keeping things tidy), preparing meals, and occasionally running local errands or driving to appointments.
- Companionship & Safety: Keep a watchful eye out for the comfort, safety, stimulation and well-being of our very special child.
What We’re Looking For
- A Caring Heart: Someone who is patient, empathetic, and truly loves helping others.
- Minnesota DHS Requirements: You must pass a standard Minnesota DHS criminal background check (NetStudy 2.0) and complete the required PCA/CFSS training before starting.
- Highly reliable: this is a key role in the household and your commitment to keeping your schedule is a must.
- Age & Driving: Must be 18 or older and have reliable transportation to get to and from the home in Pine City (somewhat rural area).
- Experience: Experience with home care and feeding tube care is a wonderful bonus, but a great attitude and willingness to learn are what matter most.
