Cleaning Technician

The Cleaning Technician services office buildings and industrial sites during daytime shifts, reporting to the Cleaning Supervisor. This role performs routine cleaning and sanitation tasks, maintains a safe and orderly environment, and works every Saturday. Technicians must be able to transport themselves to client accounts and handle physical work, including lifting 50+ pounds, bending, and stretching.

Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize surfaces throughout assigned facilities.
• Perform floor care, including routine cleaning and maintenance.
• Sanitize restrooms and replenish restroom supplies.
• Dust and vacuum assigned areas.
• Collect and dispose of waste according to safety procedures.
• Restock cleaning supplies and use supplies responsibly.
• Maintain cleaning equipment and report maintenance needs.
• Follow workplace safety and cleaning procedures.
