Patient Access Representative

Insync Consulting is seeking a dependable Outpatient Services Coordinator to support scheduled outpatient services, patient registration, appointment coordination, and clerical operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Facilitate patient admission and discharge processes
• Complete and verify patient registration and financial information
• Collect and document patient financial responsibility
• Schedule and coordinate patient appointments
• Confirm appointments and provide patients with necessary instructions
• Answer phones and assist patients with questions
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient files and information
• Enter patient status changes and updates into the computer system
• Provide general clerical support and perform other duties as assigned
• Follow established procedures, guidelines, and daily work instructions

Requirements:

• High School Diploma/GED or equivalent preferred
• Associate’s or Technical Degree preferred
• Healthcare, patient registration, scheduling, or clerical experience is a plus
• Strong communication, organization, and customer service skills
• Ability to work accurately within established procedures and guidelines
