Job Description
We are seeking a Senior Manager of Operations who is a self-motivated and disciplined team player with broad but expert skills to fulfill this important role. The ideal candidate will be in-charge of production and qualification of wireless, passive sensor products.
This full-time exempt position offers a competitive salary and benefits package which include medical, dental and 401(k).
Summary of Qualifications:
· Years of direct or related experience: 7
· Education: BSEE or equivalent experience
· Required: Demonstration of hands-on experience across multiple disciplines of semiconductor operations:
o Outsourced (overseas) Manufacturing
o Supply Chain Management
o Supplier Management, Supplier selection, Audit, and qualification
o Product Test/Hardware Development
o Wafer level test Development, Direct knowledge of silicon test and developing optimized and cost-effective yield test procedure and programs
o Yield optimization
o Product Life Cycle, Reliability and Quality Assurance
o Failure Analysis
o Knowledge of and RFID inlay manufacturing is a plus

Quality Assurance

Business/Production Planning
1. ERP/MRP Management
2. WIP tracking and inventory management
3. Supplier forecast management
4. Supply chain management
