Job Summary
We are looking for a hybrid Service Advisor/Fleet Sales Representative. Preferred 2-3 years OUTSIDE sales experience. 1-2 Years Service Advisor experience. This position is currently for Evenings (1:00pm-10:00pm). 1:00pm-5:00pm will be seeking outside fleet sales. 5:00pm-10:00pm will be as a Service Advisor. If you have a proven track record of sales experience and fantastic communication skills, we want to hear from you.
As a Sales Representative, you will grow our customer base by identifying potential customers, keeping in touch with existing customers, and making sure that everyone has a positive purchasing experience.
In the Service Advisor role, you will work with customers to establish their automotive repair needs and communicate that to the technicians. The ideal candidate is knowledgeable, detail-oriented, and has excellent verbal and written communication skills.
$25 per hour plus commission depending on experience.

- Seek new sales opportunities
- Create a professional environment that builds rapport and puts customers at ease
- Use CRM software to maintain a customer database you will use to drive automotive sales
- Use strong negotiation skills to complete the sales process while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction
- Creating Repair Orders, Estimates, and Approvals
- Sourcing Parts
- Communicating with technicians and customers on expectations and statuses
Qualifications
- Self Motivated
- Vehicle Knowledge
- Proven Sales Experience
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Valid state-issued driver’s license
- Prior sales experience
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to manage time and serve customers with little supervision
