Floral Store Manager

We are looking to fill a full time assistant store manager floral designer position. Candidates must have the following skills:

• Leading and organizing a retail floral department.
• Creating quality day to day and seasonal arrangements
• Managing departmental budgets and operations.
• Ensuring store standards are met.
• Overseeing floral designers and ordering flowers.
• Providing customer service and training new employees.
