Manufacturing & Machining Opportunities (Multiple Shifts & Roles)

We are hiring for several manufacturing and machining positions in our fast-paced facility. Whether you are an experienced CNC Machinist or looking to expand your skills as a Machine Operator or General Laborer, we have 1st and 2nd shift opportunities available immediately!

Open Positions

1. Diaphragm Press Operator

• Pay: $18.00 / hour
• Shift: 1st Shift | Monday – Friday, 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM
• Employment Type: Temp-to-Direct
• Key Responsibilities: Operate diaphragm press equipment, monitor production quality, load/unload materials, and keep work area clean and safe.

2. Diaphragm Press Operator / General Laborer

• Pay: $19.00 / hour
• Shift: 2nd Shift | Monday – Thursday, 2:00 PM – 12:30 AM (Enjoy 3-day weekends!)
• Employment Type: Temp-to-Direct
• Key Responsibilities: Operate press machinery, assist with general shop labor, material handling, and light assembly tasks.

3. Diaphragm Trimmer / General Laborer

• Pay: $18.00 / hour
• Shift: 1st Shift | Monday – Friday, 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM
• Employment Type: Temporary
• Key Responsibilities: Trim, finish, and inspect manufactured diaphragm components; assist with general production floor duties.

4. CNC Machinist (Lathe)

• Pay: $25.00 – $28.00 / hour (Based on Experience)
• Shift: 2nd Shift | Monday – Thursday, 2:00 PM – 12:30 AM (4-day work week)
• Employment Type: Temp-to-Direct
• Key Responsibilities: Set up and operate CNC Lathes, perform quality checks using precision measuring tools, and adjust machine offsets as needed.

5. CNC Machinist (Mill)

• Pay: $25.00 – $28.00 / hour (Based on Experience)
• Shift: 2nd Shift | Monday – Thursday, 2:00 PM – 12:30 AM (4-day work week)
• Employment Type: Temp-to-Direct
• Key Responsibilities: Set up, program adjustments, and operate CNC Milling machines; inspect completed parts against blueprints.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED equivalent REQUIRED.
• Previous manufacturing, warehouse, or machining experience preferred (required for CNC roles).
• Strong attention to detail, attendance reliability, and commitment to safety procedures.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
