Job Description
Sales Representative - Entry Level
Looking for something different heading into the end of the year?
Maybe sitting behind a desk all day isn't the goal. Maybe being around competitive people, staying active, meeting new people, and having something to work toward sounds a whole lot better.
We’re looking for Sales Representatives who are energetic, competitive, coachable, and genuinely enjoy working with people.
The kind of people who tend to thrive here...
- Former athletes, competitors, or anyone who naturally likes having a goal to chase
- Social, outgoing people who genuinely enjoy meeting and talking with new people
- Active personalities who would rather spend the day moving than sitting behind a desk
- People who enjoy being outside and don't mind that the workday doesn't happen entirely indoors
- Competitive individuals who enjoy being part of a team while still having individual goals
- People who can handle direct coaching, apply feedback, and keep moving
- Ambitious individuals who aren't looking to feel stagnant in the same routine
- People motivated by recognition, incentives, goals, and a little friendly competition
- Strong communicators who show up, follow through, and can be counted on
No sales background? That's okay.
Previous experience can help, but it isn't what makes someone successful here. Work ethic, communication, consistency, competitiveness, and coachability matter a whole lot more.
So, what does a Sales Representative actually do?
Sales Representatives work directly with customers on behalf of the brands and clients we represent.
The role focuses on face-to-face customer interactions, identifying customer needs, explaining available products and services, answering questions, and completing sales.
This is an active, people-facing sales position. It isn't a traditional desk job, and we don't advertise it like one.
Extensive hands-on training and ongoing coaching are provided.
What to expect here
Extensive Training
Hands-on training from people invested in helping new team members learn the role, develop strong communication skills, and build confidence in sales.
A Team That Actually Cares
A positive, team-oriented environment with people who care about each other's development and success. Wins are celebrated, support is expected, and yes — there's plenty of friendly competition too. Former athletes usually understand the assignment. ;)
Leadership Development
Opportunities to develop communication, coaching, leadership, and professional skills as experience grows.
Recognition & Incentives
Strong work doesn't go unnoticed. Team competitions, incentives, bonuses, recognition, and opportunities to celebrate wins are all part of the environment.
Maybe it's time for something different.
Fall has a funny way of making people realize the year isn't over yet.
For someone looking for an active environment, a strong team, new skills to develop, goals to chase, and a chance to finish the year doing something different, this could be worth a conversation.
Apply today to be considered for our Sales Representative team :)
