Client Services Representative / Logistics Clerk

Hire Dynamics is currently hiring a Client Services Representative / Logistics Clerk for a fast-paced logistics facility in Fort Mill, SC. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates who enjoy working in a high-volume environment with constant product movement and customer interaction. We are seeking dependable, detail-oriented individuals who thrive in a busy warehouse and logistics setting.

Schedule

Monday through Friday
7:00 AM - 3:30 PM
Occasional evening and weekend overtime opportunities available

Pay Rate

$19.50 - $20.50 per hour

Primary Responsibilities

Provide exceptional customer service and client support
Coordinate logistics and shipment activities
Process and maintain shipping and receiving documentation
Track inventory movement and shipment status
Enter and maintain accurate data in company systems
Resolve customer concerns and transportation issues in a professional manner
Support day-to-day administrative and operational functions

Requirements

Previous customer service, logistics, transportation, or administrative experience preferred
Strong communication and organizational skills
Basic computer proficiency and data entry experience
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Must wear steel-toe or composite-toe safety shoes
