Franchise Enablement Coordinator

Currently, we have a Franchise Enablement Coordinator opportunity with the nation's leading residential real estate services organization, supporting top brokerages, agents, and brands across the country. The Franchise Enablement Coordinator is responsible for supporting franchise system growth and compliance by coordinating recruiting program operations and franchise compliance activities, ensuring operational excellence, accuracy, and adherence to brand and legal standards.

Your specific duties will include:

Franchise Recruiting & Support

• Manage recruitment intake, monitor shared inboxes, and process CRM requests.
• Draft, track, and execute recruitment documents (e.g., Conversion Promissory Notes) through contract lifecycles.
• Serve as a primary contact for franchisees and internal stakeholders.

Franchise Compliance

• Support compliance tracking, international watch lists, contract violations, and terminations.
• Partner with Legal and business teams to draft compliance notices, agreements, and termination letters.
• Maintain accurate franchisee audit trails, documentation, and records.

Cross-Functional Support & Operations

• Collaborate across Finance, Legal, Compliance, Brand, and IT to resolve issues and streamline workflows.
• Deliver high-quality customer service and clearly communicate policy and program updates.
• Identify operational gaps and recommend improvements to systems and reporting.

Required qualifications for the position include:

• Experience in operations, franchise support, compliance, contract administration, or a related field.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with CRM or contract management systems.
• High School Diploma or Equivalent

Preferred qualifications for the position include:

• Franchise industry experience.
• Familiarity with franchise agreements, compliance standards, or contract lifecycle processes.
• Experience with data analysis or reporting tools.
• Exposure to MLS data or real estate operations.

Pay Rate: $23.41 per hour

Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Employees have access to healthcare benefits including medical, dental and vision as well as a 401(k) plan.
