Quality Auditor to join a leading Company located in the Aiken, SC surrounding area.
**US Citizenship is required.**
Schedule: 4/10 hour days - 3:15 PM to 1:45 AM
Pay: $23 - 25/hr
Seeking a Quality Auditor (Dimensional Inspector) for its Weekend Shift. In this role as a QA, you will work with a coordinate measurement machine (CMM) to inspect machined and/or welded parts to blueprint requirements for shipment to customer base. You'll also provide auditing support to shop floor operations. Note: Position supports Second, Weekend Shift.
Basic Hiring Criteria:
- Typically requires a high school diploma or the equivalent, and one year of related work experience.
- Must have experience with and/or knowledge of basic inspection tools including scales, calipers, micrometers, height gages, etc.
- Able to read, comprehend, and work to blueprints.
- Able to support Second and weekend shifts.
Desired Qualifications:
- Coordinate measuring machine (CMM) experience.
- Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T) knowledge and experience.
- Weld inspection knowledge/experience.
- Faro Arm/Laser Tracker or Keyence experience.
