Process Engineer- CNC

Experience Required: Experience: 5+ yrs of related manufacturing process engineer experience Successful candidate must be able to demonstrate leadership in Client+ (leadership) behaviors combined with outstanding interpersonal, teambuilding, and communication skills

·        CNC Mills , Process Improvement, Tooling, PPAP processes , Manufacturing Processes, Lean Six Sigma

·        Lean Manufacturing, Process Validation, Manufacturing Engineering, Process Engineering, Problem Solving, Good Manufacturing Practices

Experience Preferred: High volume CNC / machining engineering experience (boring / drilling) o Demonstrated project management / equipment delivery experience o Deep understanding of gauge R&R and capabilities studies o Experience working with axles or other automotive components o Effective oral and written communication skills o Six Sigma experience o FMEA, PPAP, and DOEs experience o Visual Factory Management o Ergonomic analysis knowledge and experience
