Havertown Carpet Co. is looking for experienced subcontract carpet installers and installation crews to join our growing installation network.

We are a well-established flooring company serving residential customers throughout the region and are looking for professional installers who take pride in their work, communicate well, and want consistent installation opportunities from a reliable flooring company.

What We're Looking For

Qualified installers should have:

• Professional carpet installation experience
• Experience with stretch-in carpet installation
• Ability to properly seam, stretch, trim and finish carpet
• Experience installing stairs and runners
• Strong attention to detail and workmanship
• Professional appearance and customer-service skills
• Reliable transportation and appropriate installation tools
• Ability to maintain a clean and professional jobsite
• Smartphone capable of submitting required job photos and updates
• Proper insurance and documentation required for subcontractors

Experience with hard surface flooring, LVP, hardwood, laminate or specialty carpet installations is a plus.

Our Installation Standards

Havertown Carpet Co. puts a strong emphasis on installation quality and customer experience. Installers are expected to:

• Arrive within the scheduled installation window
• Follow HCC installation and jobsite standards
• Protect the customer's home and belongings
• Maintain a clean work area
• Document completed work with required photos
• Communicate any jobsite issues or additional work needed
• Minimize callbacks through quality workmanship
• Complete customer/job documentation as required

Installers who consistently meet our quality, documentation and callback standards can qualify for our Premium Installer Rate.

Compensation

Subcontractor – Paid Per Job / Installation Rate

Rates are based on installation type and experience. HCC offers Standard and Premium rate levels, with Premium rates available to installers who consistently meet our quality and operating standards.

This is an independent subcontractor opportunity, not an employee position.
