Manufacturing Production Coordinator

Our client is seeking a Production Coordinator who has manufacturing experience who will play a vital role in ensuring smooth operations within a manufacturing production environment. Working closely with a medium-sized team, this role will focus on scheduling, communication, and coordination efforts to optimize workflow and maintain high-quality standards. The coordinator will also support vendor relationships and assist in tracking budgets and inventory to contribute to effective production management.

Responsibilities

• Schedule production activities to meet project timelines
• Facilitate clear communication across internal teams and stakeholders
• Maintain accurate documentation and reporting of production progress
• Monitor quality control to ensure product standards
• Manage inventory and coordinate logistics for materials
• Support vendor coordination and occasional relationship management
• Oversee workflow to identify and resolve production bottlenecks
• Track budget and expenditures related to production processes

Preferred Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in production coordination
• Background in manufacturing (REQUIRED) and fabrication (PREFERRED)
• Knowledge of production scheduling and project management
• Strong communication and time management skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and E2 Jobboss
• Experience in logistics coordination and team collaboration
