CNC Machine Operator

We are actively seeking an experienced CNC Machine Operator to enhance our sheet metal fabrication team, specializing in operating CNC Laser, and CNC Press Brake. This role focuses on operating machines efficiently to optimize production, alongside and collaborating closely with shop lead, engineering, and planning, to maintain efficiency, speed, high production and quality. Compensation is competitive and includes performance bonuses to reward production goal achievements.

Responsibilities

• Review digital files (nesting) and report discrepancies
• Review production dispatch list and organize your production to maximize daily output
• Load machines by hand or with lifting systems
• Cut, form, or make parts to exacting tolerances while minimizing risk to the part surfaces
• Monitor machine maintenance status alerts and notify Facility Maintenance personnel if they occur
• Unload machine and self QC made parts
• Contribute to a results-driven team environment by offering practical solutions and meeting deadlines

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience operating CNC machines

Preferred Qualifications

• Sheet metal cutting and bending experience with CNC machines
• High school diploma or equivalent
