Punch-Out Technican/Carpenter

Coastal Construction & Inspections is seeking a motivated, detail-oriented Punch-Out Technician to join our team full-time. This position is ideal for someone who takes pride in quality workmanship and enjoys bringing remodeling projects to completion.

The primary responsibility of this position is completing the final or all stages of residential remodeling projects and ensuring every detail meets our quality standards before project completion. Tasks may include drywall repairs, mudding, texturing, painting, trim installation, baseboard repairs, cabinet touch-ups, caulking, punch list items and other finish work required to deliver a polished, professional finished product to our customers.

The ideal candidate is a self-starter who can work independently, communicate effectively, manage their time efficiently, and maintain a professional appearance and attitude while working in occupied homes. Experience in drywall finishing, painting, trim carpentry and general remodeling is strongly preferred.
