CMA is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Service Advisor to join our Honda dealership team. This role serves as the primary point of contact between customers and the service department, ensuring a smooth, transparent, and positive service experience from start to finish.

What You'll Do

• Greet customers and create a welcoming service experience
• Schedule, confirm, and prepare service appointments
• Perform vehicle walk-arounds and identify maintenance and repair needs
• Communicate repair recommendations clearly and professionally
• Create accurate repair orders, cost estimates, and timelines
• Coordinate with technicians and parts departments to ensure efficient workflow
• Keep customers informed throughout the service process
• Follow up after service visits to ensure customer satisfaction
• Build long-term customer relationships and loyalty
• Meet or exceed customer satisfaction and sales goals
• Maintain knowledge of Honda products, maintenance schedules, and service offerings

Requirements:

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Automotive dealership, service advisor, or customer service experience preferred
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
• Consultative sales mindset with the ability to build trust
• Comfortable using technology and dealership management systems
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Professional appearance and positive attitude
• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record

Compensation

• Monthly base salary 2k plus commission
• Competitive earning potential with performance incentives

Compensation details: 50000-90000 Yearly Salary
