Production Associate

Our client, a leader in the manufacturing industry, is seeking a Production Associate to join their team. As an associate, you will be part of the production department supporting the assembly line operations. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work well in a team environment.


Job Title: Production Associate

Location: Durham, NC

Pay Range: $15/hr - $16.13/hr

Schedule: 715AM-715PM OR 715PM-715AM (2-2-3 ROTATING SHIFT)

Weekday and weekend shifts may be available.

What’s the Job?

• Collects finished product from the machine and inspects for quality and defects before packing.
• Assemble material into bundles and assemble boxes for packaging.
• Properly label and load product onto pallets for transport.
• Follow housekeeping procedures to clean unused material and scrap from the assembly line.
• Assist with other line duties as needed.

What’s Needed?

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to understand and apply written and verbal instructions.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be able to perform simple mathematical calculations.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift or carry up to 60 pounds occasionally and and up to 25 pounds frequently.
