- Pay Range: $22 to $24 per hour
- Shift: 1st Shift
- Schedule: Monday - Thursday, 6:00am - 4:30pm (Must have the ability to work overtime hours.)

Your Role in Our Mission
- Ensure that production schedules are met and that WIP levels for Assembly are satisfactory.
- Physically and visually inspect bonded parts for proper assembly and function.
- Partner with engineering and assembly teams to understand customer specifications.
- Communicate non-conformances to operators, Supervisors, and Managers.
- Be a liaison between Bonding, Kitting, Spares and other staff.
- Flex into assembly, kitting, spare production, and shipping roles as needed.
- Ensure adherence to workplace safety standards, regulatory compliance, and company policies.
- Recommend process improvements to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve quality capability of the areas responsible.
What You'll Bring
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Previous manufacturing or warehouse experience desired.
- Working knowledge of assembly and sub-assembly processes.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, work orders, and specifications.
- Familiarity with adaptive technology, mobility equipment, or medical device standards desired
- Knowledge of ERP and basic Windows software is highly desirable
- Proven ability to coach and guide people to improve standards of work.
- Strong problem-solving ability, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.
