Machine Operator

Pay: $18–$20/hr
Shift: 1st or 2nd Shift

Job Summary

We are seeking dependable Machine Operator to join our manufacturing team. Candidates will assist with production operations, machine operation, material handling, assembly, quality checks, and maintaining a safe and organized work environment.

Responsibilities

• Operate production equipment and machinery according to company procedures.
• Assemble and prepare products and components.
• Load, unload, and move materials throughout the facility.
• Perform basic quality inspections to ensure products meet specifications.
• Follow work orders, production instructions, and safety procedures.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Work effectively with team members to meet daily production goals.

Qualifications

• Previous manufacturing or production experience preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and reliability.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. as needed.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and reach throughout the shift.
• Must be dependable and willing to learn new equipment and processes.
