Job Title: Patient Service Representative
Department: Access Services–Operations
Location: King of Prussia 19406
Duration: 3 Months contract (Possibilities of extension)
Schedule: Day: 9am -5:30pm/ Evening: 3pm-11:30pm/ Night: 11:30pm-7:30am | 3 Shifts - 2 week schedules, every other holiday, every other weekend
Temp to perm possible, extension possible, nothing is guaranteed
EPIC strongly preferred ER, Admissions, PeriOp check-ins 2 interviews 1 virtual, 1 in person
Job Summary: The Patient Service Rep is responsible for greeting patents and families, collecting and entering demographic and insurance information, collecting payments associated with services rendered and reconciliation of daily services
