Shift: 2nd Shift | Monday–Friday | 2:00 PM–10:30 PM
Training: 4 weeks on 1st Shift, 6:00 AM–2:30 PM

Job Summary

We are looking for Packaging Operators to support manufacturing operations in Woburn, MA. This role involves manual inspection, labeling, packaging, documentation, and quality checks of medical products.

Candidates will receive 4 weeks of training on the first shift before transitioning to the second shift.

Responsibilities

• Perform manual inspection, labeling, and packaging of clinical and commercial products.
• Package finished products according to established procedures and quality specifications.
• Inspect packaging, components, and finished products for quality.
• Identify and remove defective products or packaging materials.
• Complete manufacturing documentation, including device history records and inventory counts.
• Perform basic mathematical calculations for batch records.
• Assist with inventory counting.
• Perform routine cleaning of packaging stations and processing equipment.
• Follow PPE, gowning, contamination-control, and safety requirements.
• Participate in safety discussions and audits.
• Handle hazardous waste according to procedures.
• Maintain strong attention to detail and good documentation practices.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED – Required
• Minimum 6 months of industry work experience
• Ability to read and understand documentation.
