Warehouse Shipping and Receiving

Job Summary/Company:  Sparks Group has partnered with a Global Aviation Manufacturer seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Warehouse Operator with Shipping & Receiving experience to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for the accurate and timely handling of inbound and outbound shipments, inventory tracking, order picking/packing, and safe operation of material handling equipment.   If you have shipping and receiving experience apply now!

Responsibilities:

• • The ideal candidate works well in a fast-paced environment, takes pride in maintaining an organized workspace, and prioritizes safety above all else.

  • You will be part of the team responsible for moving items through and out of the warehouse in a safe and clean manner.

  • Receive and inspect parts into the System and put stock away in correct location.

  • Pick and process orders in the correct priority sequence according to established performances targets; packing parts for safe shipment according to shipping instructions and applicable standard specifications 

  • Prepare shipping documents (Bill of Lading, shipping labels, commercial invoices, carrier paperwork).

   

  • Schedule and coordinate carrier pick-ups (LTL, FTL, FedEx/UPS/DHL, parcel).

Qualifications/Background Profile:

• • High school diploma
  • 0-6 months of warehouse experience 
  • Familiarity with using a computer is preferred, especially proficiency with Microsoft Office
  • Familiarity with SAP is a plus
  • Strong communication skills
  • Able to pass a Background check

Pay Range: Hourly $19.00 to $19.00
