We are looking for an experienced HRIS Manager to support workforce systems and compliance initiatives in Odessa, Texas. This position blends HR technology oversight with regulatory awareness, helping the organization maintain accurate processes, improve policy adherence, and support operational teams with reliable guidance. The ideal candidate brings strong analytical judgment, investigation experience, and the ability to lead training and continuous improvement efforts across the business.

Responsibilities:
• Evaluate existing HR and compliance practices to identify gaps against applicable labor, safety, and regulatory requirements.
• Design and carry out corrective action plans that strengthen policy alignment, documentation, and day-to-day operational compliance.
• Prepare the organization for external reviews by maintaining standards, coordinating audit readiness activities, and addressing findings proactively.
• Partner with department leaders to recommend process improvements that promote consistent compliance and ongoing operational effectiveness.
• Lead workplace investigations, document findings thoroughly, and support timely resolution in accordance with company policy and legal requirements.
• Deliver compliance-related training in field environments to reinforce expectations, procedures, and regulatory responsibilities.
• Support HRIS administration and analysis, including system utilization, reporting accuracy, and process optimization for HR operations.
• Communicate compliance expectations and updates clearly to internal stakeholders while supporting cross-functional collaboration.
• Assist with matters related to workers’ compensation and other employee-related compliance processes as needed.• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Regulatory Affairs, Human Resources, or a closely related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in compliance, regulatory oversight, or a similar function.
• At least 5 years of direct experience managing investigations and documenting outcomes.
• Advanced knowledge of employment-related legislation, regulatory standards, and compliance best practices.
• Experience working with HRIS platforms, including system analysis, administration, implementation, or optimization.
• Strong planning, problem-solving, and decision-making skills with a high level of attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to work effectively across departments.
• Willingness and ability to travel up to 30%, including occasional short-notice travel.
