General Labor - Day Shift

Job Title: General Laborer - Truss Company
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM

Job Overview:
We are looking for a reliable and hard-working General Laborer to join our team. In this position, you will assist with the production of trusses, performing various tasks to support the manufacturing process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate machinery, such as a press, to insert metal plates into trusses.
• Assist with lifting and handling materials (up to 50 lbs).
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Follow safety procedures and wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE).
• Work in a fast-paced environment with exposure to dust and other construction materials.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors.

Requirements:

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly.
• Comfortable working in an environment with dust and exposure to noise.
• Previous experience in a manufacturing or construction setting is preferred but not required.
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
• Good physical stamina and ability to perform repetitive tasks.
