LHH Recruitment Solutions is searching for a Credit Analyst, for a permanent opportunity, working in an office, for a company in the Westend of Richmond,VA.

We are seeking a detail-oriented Credit Analyst to review credit applications, evaluate customer information, establish appropriate credit limits, and provide responsive support for credit and account-related needs. This full-time role is ideal for a decisive problem-solver who can manage a high volume of transactions while delivering excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Review credit applications and supporting documentation for accuracy and completeness.

• Obtain credit reports, supplier references, and other information needed to make credit decisions.

• Approve credit limits for new and existing accounts within assigned authority.

• Respond to phone and email inquiries, accept payments, address billing questions, and help resolve past-due account issues.

• Set up customer accounts and complete account updates, merges, closures, and other maintenance accurately.

• Reconcile account records and collaborate with customers and internal teams to resolve discrepancies.

Qualifications

• High school diploma and at least two years of related experience required; bachelor's degree preferred.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and independent decision-making skills.

• Excellent attention to detail with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

• Customer-focused communication and effective teamwork skills.

• Ability to reconcile accounting records.

• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.

Pay Details: $55,000.00 to $65,000.00 per year
