Manager - Communications/Code

The Manager of Communications is responsible for planning, directing, and optimizing the daily operations of the hospital's
telecommunications infrastructure, emergency dispatch routing, and clinical communication devices. This position reports
directly to V.P of Facilities and work alongside IT leadership and involves managerial scope over wireless pager networks,
Vocera integration systems, billing auditing, and operator workflows. The role manages the Telephone Operator squad,
coordinates third-party utility vendors to resolve hardware outages, and maintains detailed emergency code databases to
support regulatory reporting and clinical safety initiatives across the health system.
