Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced School Psychologist to join a supportive school district in Braintree, Massachusetts. The School Psychologist will collaborate with students, families, teachers, administrators, and multidisciplinary teams to support students' academic achievement, behavioral success, and social-emotional well-being.

Responsibilities

• Conduct psychoeducational evaluations and comprehensive assessments.
• Interpret assessment results and prepare detailed evaluation reports.
• Participate in eligibility meetings, IEP meetings, and multidisciplinary team meetings.
• Collaborate with educators, parents, and related service providers to develop intervention plans.
• Provide consultation regarding academic, behavioral, and social-emotional concerns.
• Assist with crisis intervention and behavior management strategies as needed.
• Monitor student progress and recommend appropriate supports and services.
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations.

Qualifications

• Master's, Specialist, or Doctoral Degree in School Psychology.
• Active Massachusetts School Psychologist licensure/certification.
• Previous school-based experience preferred.
• Strong assessment, report writing, communication, and collaboration skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and effectively manage evaluation timelines.
• NCSP certification preferred but not required.
