Job Description

·                     Lead and develop a team of 3–5 mechanical engineers responsible for the design and development of new and existing products from concept through production

·                     Collaborate cross-functionally with Engineering, Purchasing, Supply Chain, Quality, Distribution, and overseas manufacturing partners to ensure on-time product delivery

·                     Drive initiatives to meet cost objectives and exceed quality expectations across all product lines

·                     Build and continuously improve engineering processes while maintaining project timelines

Key Requirements 

·                     BS degree in a relevant engineering discipline (preferred)

·                     Hands-on experience in product design, prototyping, and product launch within consumer products
