Industrial Maintenance Technician

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform preventive and proactive maintenance on production equipment.
• Replace bearings, grease components, and perform other routine mechanical maintenance.
• Rebuild and repair pumps, valves, gearboxes, and other mechanical components.
• Safely troubleshoot and work with electrical systems up to 480V.
• Replace motors, contactors, sensors, and other electrical components.
• Use a multimeter to perform basic electrical testing, including continuity checks.
• Read HMI information to identify equipment issues and locate problems on the machine.
• Complete assigned PMs and project work while identifying and addressing additional corrective maintenance opportunities.
• Respond to equipment breakdowns and assist production operators with troubleshooting and repairs.
• Document corrective actions and maintenance activities in the CMMS.

Qualifications:

• Strong mechanical and electrical maintenance experience is required.
• Experience replacing bearings, pumps, valves, gearboxes, and other mechanical components.
• Ability to safely troubleshoot 480V electrical systems.
• Experience with motors, contactors, sensors, and basic electrical testing using a meter.
• Ability to read and understand HMI information to troubleshoot equipment.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills are required.
