Job Description
Position: Warehouse Operator
Location : Carlsbad, CA 92011
Length: 1 year, temp to perm potential
Shift: 1st shift - 7am - 3.30 pm- Monday-Friday
Pay Rate: $22/hr.
Must be able to lift 50 lbs.
Description:
SAP highly preferred
Chemicals: Acids, acetone, IPA
Experience: 1-2 years of warehouse
Education: HS and GED
Must be cleaned shaved
Must be able to lift 50 lbs
Will be helping in the warehouse, unloading trucks, boxing, moving materials, tracking containers, cycle counting

Must be able to drive a forklift: stand up/sit down, electrical and manual pallet jack
Your Role:
The RGA Warehouse Operator supports flexible warehouse and chemical manufacturing operations by safely receiving, storing, processing, preparing, and moving materials, components, chemical vessels, and related equipment throughout the plant. The role combines material handling, warehouse operations, vessel preparation, chemical packaging support, inventory control, documentation, and housekeeping responsibilities.
The successful candidate will work collaboratively across departments, follow established safety and quality procedures, maintain accurate inventory and transaction records, and contribute to a clean, organized, and compliant manufacturing environment.
- Utilize the MPR enterprise system to complete material-handling and warehouse transactions
- Receive, store, handle, issue, and process parts, components, vessels, and other materials throughout the plant.
- Operate forklifts and electric and manual pallet jacks in accordance with applicable safety procedures.
- Assist with unloading trucks, unpacking vessels/bubblers and receiving activities as required.
- Issue parts and materials to departments based on operational needs.
- Track, inventory, and tag vessels and bubblers.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and perform routine cycle counts.
- Complete required data entry, material transactions, vessel tracking, and other records accurately and promptly.
- Responsible for recycling collection and/or disposition of such items as, but not limited to: pallets, cardboard, scrap metal, plastic, and aluminum materials
- General housekeeping duties inside and outside of the plant
- Participate in the process of entering, collecting, and reviewing safety and quality data.
- Maintain a clean, orderly, and organized manufacturing and warehouse environment.
- Perform general housekeeping duties inside and outside the plant.
- Work flexibly across multiple work functions and support changing operational priorities.
- Follow all applicable safety, quality, environmental, and operating procedures.
Physical Attributes
- Ability to frequently lift and carry 25–35 pounds and occasionally lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform hands-on material-handling activities throughout the shift.
- Ability to wear required personal protective equipment, which may include chemical-resistant clothing, gloves, eye and face protection
- A pre-placement Fit for Duty Evaluation is required.
- Work is performed in warehouse, manufacturing, receiving, and outdoor plant areas
Who You Are:
Minimum Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED
- 3+ years of warehousing receiving inventory experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
- SAP functions experience
- Proficiency with Microsoft word, Excel, and outlook to accurately perform data entry and system transactions.
- Previous experience in warehouse operations, material handling, chemical manufacturing, manufacturing, or preferred a related environment.
- Strong attention to detail when handling materials, completing documentation, inspecting vessels, and maintaining inventory records.
- Ability to read and understand Safety Data Sheets and written work instructions
- Ability to work effectively as part of a cross-functional team and adapt to varied assignments.
- Ability to success in a team environment
- Familiarity with material moving equipment, powered industrial trucks (forklift), pallet jacks, power pallet jacks, and drums dollies.
- Ability to multitask while maintaining a safe working environment and meeting all quality requirements.
- Commitment to safe work practices, quality standards, housekeeping, and continuous process improvement.
Schedule
- Day shift: 6:00 am to 2:30 pm
- Flexibility may be required to support operational needs, training, receiving activities, or other assigned work functions.
