Job Role:

Position                : Warehouse/ Logistics Operator I

Location             :  Hicksville, NY,11801

Contract                : 12 months on W2

Working Hours                   : 3rd shift, Monday thru Friday, 10:30 PM- 7:15 AM

Pay Rate               : $21 - $23/hr (includes shift differential)

Shift

• Must be available for 1st shift (6:45 AM–3:30 PM) for 4 weeks of training.
• After training, assignment will be 2nd shift (3:00 PM–11:45 PM) or 3rd shift (10:30 PM–7:15 AM) based on availability and business needs.
• Includes a 45-minute lunch and two 15-minute breaks.
• Training schedule will be confirmed after background check completion.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform routine warehouse and logistics activities following SOPs and safety guidelines.
• Operate forklifts and safely move materials, including items over 50 lbs.
• Follow written instructions and established procedures.
• Complete basic calculations and required documentation.
• Maintain safety and quality standards and communicate effectively with the team.

Requirements

• High School Diploma/GED required.
• 6+ months of forklift experience required.
• 2 - 3 years of Experience in shipping and receiving is a plus.
• Ability to lift/move 50+ lbs.
• Ability to read, write, understand English, and perform basic math.
• Must be flexible to work the required training and assigned shift.
