CNC Lathe Machinist

We are seeking an experienced CNC Lathe Machinist with Fanuc experience to join our team in Todd Mission, TX.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Set up, operate, and troubleshoot CNC lathes to produce and repair valve components and related parts.
• Edit and operate machines using Fanuc controls
• Utilize live tooling for multi-axis machining operations
• Interpret blueprints, drawings, and job travelers to ensure accuracy
• Perform in-process inspections using precision measuring tools (Calipers, Micrometers, Gauges)

REQUIREMENTS:

• Proven experience as a CNC Lathe Machinist in a manufacturing or repair environment
• Strong working knowledge of Fanuc controls
• Hands-on experience with live tooling
• Ability to read and understand technical drawings and blueprints
• Experience holding tight tolerances on machined components

You should be proficient in:

• CNC Tooling
• CNC Programming
• CNC Machine Setup & Changeover
• Troubleshooting CNC Machines

Machines & technologies you'll use:

• CNC Lathe (2-4 axis) (Mazak, Haas, Doosan, Okuma, Dmg Mori Seiki)
• CNC Lathe (5+ axis) (Mazak, Okuma, Doosan)
