Retail Assistant Manager

The Retail Assistant Manager supports the Store Manager in driving daily store operations, delivering an exceptional customer experience, and achieving sales and performance goals. This role helps lead the team, maintain store standards, and ensure efficient execution of company policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Support the Store Manager with daily retail operations and team leadership.
• Assist in recruiting, training, coaching, and developing store associates.

• Monitor inventory, merchandising, and store presentation standards.
