Job Summary
A well-established law firm in Orlando, FL is seeking an experienced Litigation Paralegals for a direct hire opportunity supporting attorneys across a variety of civil litigation matters. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented legal professional with strong litigation support experience and the ability to manage deadlines, documents, filings, and case activity in a fast-paced legal environment.
The Litigation Paralegal will work closely with respected attorneys on matters involving insurance defense, commercial litigation, family law, government law, and general civil litigation. Key Responsibilities
- Draft pleadings, motions, affidavits, discovery requests, discovery responses, and other litigation documents.
- Manage discovery, document production, case files, deadlines, calendars, and litigation workflows.
- Prepare deposition, mediation, hearing, and trial materials while supporting attorneys through active litigation proceedings.
- Coordinate with clients, experts, witnesses, opposing counsel, court personnel, and internal legal teams.
- Review and organize records, including medical records and litigation documentation, for attorney review and case strategy.
- Conduct legal and public records research and e-file documents through Florida state court systems.
Compensation and Benefits
- Salary Range: $65,000 to $80,000 per year.
