Schedule / Job Type

Contract | Nights, 4x12 Hours (19:00–07:00) | Onsite

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care across Medical/Surgical and Telemetry units, including medical, surgical, and observation patients
• Flex between two different units within a 12-hour shift based on census and facility need
• Participate in every-other-weekend coverage rotation
• Utilize the Cerner electronic documentation system for all clinical charting and patient records
• Support overflow staffing needs alongside PCAs and OAs, with placement determined during bed meetings
• Relieve staff assigned to the Avasure video monitoring system (up to 12 patients) during breaks and meals as needed

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license — Massachusetts license must be in hand at time of submission
• Minimum 2 years of RN experience in Medical/Surgical or Telemetry
• Cardiac experience required
• ACLS certification required
• BLS certification required
• Must be able to submit to up to 3 open positions at a time per compliance guidelines

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience with Cerner or Epic electronic health record systems
• Prior travel nursing experience (first-time travelers with 2–3 years of experience will be considered)
