\nAbout the Role
\nWe're seeking an experienced Kahua Implementation Consultant with hands-on platform expertise and a passion for helping clients successfully implement enterprise technology solutions.
\nIn this role, you'll partner directly with construction owners and project teams to configure, deploy, and optimize the Kahua platform while providing strategic guidance throughout the implementation lifecycle.

\nWhat You'll Do
\nLead Client Implementations
\n- \n
- Lead Kahua implementation projects from discovery through deployment \n
- Gather business requirements and translate them into scalable Kahua solutions \n
- Configure applications, workflows, forms, security roles, and system settings \n
- Partner with clients to develop implementation strategies that align with business objectives \n
- Build trusted relationships with client stakeholders throughout each engagement \n
Configure & Optimize the Platform

- Design and configure Kahua applications to support client business processes \n
- Recommend best practices for workflows, governance, and system utilization \n
- Assist with system integrations, reporting, dashboards, and data management \n
- Troubleshoot platform issues and identify opportunities for continuous improvement \n
- Support ongoing optimization initiatives following implementation \n
Drive User Adoption
\n- \n
- Deliver end-user training and onboarding sessions \n
- Develop client documentation and knowledge transfer materials \n
- Support organizational change management and adoption strategies \n
- Help clients maximize the value of their Kahua investment \n
Collaborate Across Teams
\n- \n
- Work closely with project managers, consultants, technical teams, and client stakeholders \n
- Support project planning, deployment activities, testing, and go-live execution \n
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and with a high level of client satisfaction \n
Required Qualifications
\n- \n
- 5+ years of hands-on Kahua implementation, configuration, or administration experience \n
- Proven experience implementing Kahua for construction owners, consultants, or enterprise organizations \n
- Strong client-facing consulting or professional services experience \n
- Experience supporting capital projects, PMIS, construction management, or project controls environments \n
- Deep understanding of Kahua configuration, workflows, applications, permissions, and system administration \n
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills \n
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities \n
- Ability to manage multiple client engagements in a fast-paced consulting environment \n
Preferred Qualifications
\n- \n
- Experience with additional PMIS platforms such as Procore, Oracle Primavera Unifier, e-Builder, Autodesk Construction Cloud, or similar technologies \n
- Background in construction operations, project controls, owner's project management, or capital program delivery \n
- Experience supporting enterprise software implementations \n
- Knowledge of reporting, integrations, APIs, or process automation \n
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Information Systems, Business, or a related field \n
